BOOKING CONDITIONS

Full payment is due to confirm your booking.

Any medical conditions, allergies and/or concerns must be addressed at the time of booking, to ensure the safety of all guests on board.

Please consult your pharmacist or doctor before a tour if you are concerned about motion sickness.

Tours depart strictly on time, passengers must arrive 15 MINUTES prior to the tour departure time to avoid missing the tour. Check-in closes 5 minutes prior to departure. Arrival after this time will result in a forfeited fare. Call us immediately with any delays (0432 806 234)

CANCELLATIONS

Guest 'No Shows' will attract a 100% cancellation fee.

Guest refunds will only be issued if cancelled 7 days prior to departure of the full amount paid minus booking and credit card fees.

Guest cancellations made within 7 days of departure will be rescheduled, excluding cancellations made within 24 hours of departure that will result in a forfeited fare.

Jurien Bay Oceanic Experience reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather (defined as precipitation greater than a drizzle of rain, wind or swell), insufficient minimum numbers or any other unforeseen event or circumstances. In the event a tour is cancelled, clients will be booked onto an alternative tour of their choice OR offered a refund of the full ticket price.

Jurien Bay Oceanic Experience reserves the right to refuse carriage when guests are believed to be affected by alcohol or drugs for the safety of all guests and crew members. Full ticket fares will be forfeited under these circumstances and no refund will be provided.

Jurien Bay Oceanic Experience is not liable for any loss associated or incurred due to cancellation (this includes accommodation, meals, transport ect.)

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
